IHW Virtual Assistant Services are billed hourly and are timed to the minute using an online based task timer.  This ensures that you are only paying for the exact amount of time that it takes to complete your task.  You are able to easily monitor and guide the time based on your needs, utilizing your VA for the most cost effective tasks and for only the hours that are ideal for you and your budget

How Virtual Assistance Works

Once you are an IHW customer, you will have direct access and a communicative relationship with your Boston or New York based virtual assistant via cell phone, email and/or Skype. You will be billed for only the hours that your assistant is working on your request and no notice is needed. We will provide you with an accurate and detailed time record as the work is performed and you are billed for that time weekly on Friday through our online payment system. It really is a no hassle way to get competent help with the things you need to be done.
